An apartment was sourced in the heart of Surry Hills which featured 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over split levels with 2 large balconies and a rooftop pool and canopy area.
In Jonathans words, it was “perfect” and ideally located near the Central train station.
The property was purchased at a very good price and other apartments in the building have since fetched significantly higher prices.
