The clients are professionals seeking to grow their property portfolio, but were Sydney Eastern Suburbs focused as they will likely pass on their properties to their children at some stage.
They were focused on a quality 2 bedroom apartment and were not wanting to be involved in renovations.
This search took 2 months as we discounted a few opportunities along the way mainly due to price.
We had seen this property earlier in the search but the vendor withdrew the property 2 weeks into the campaign and decided to keep the property as an investment.
We stayed in touch with the selling agent and decide to make an offer while there was no competition on the property.
The vendor reconsidered his options and we exchanged the next day.
