These clients, a professional couple, had been in communication with Cohen Handler for a year on and off as they travel frequently for work. They had been searching for all of this time, keeping an eye on the market for properties that might suit them. They finally decided to come on board as they began to get frustrated and couldn’t find the right place as they had a fairly specific brief. They had already seen a property but had dismissed it as it wasn’t in their price range but we looked at it anyway and ended up purchasing it for them after some negotiations.
