The clients were referred to Leon Jacques and Arija McQuillan by both a solicitor and mortgage broker after spending almost 12 months trying to secure a new home for themselves.
Both are very busy executives working long hours and really needed help so they could secure something quickly.
They ideally wanted to be located on the Lower North Shore and to have a parking space in a small complex, but they were prepared to make compromises as their budget was tight for the location.
Within 4 weeks we found them a fabulous apartment at the back of a small, tightly held block with a LUG.
The property was to be auctioned and interest was very strong but we managed to secure the property pre-auction at a very good price for our happy clients.
