Simon Cohen and Thomas Alpe purchased this architecturally designed property in Sydney’s Mosman for their clients who recently moved back to Sydney.

Their clients initially engaged Cohen Handler while they were based abroad, and were preparing for their move back to Australia.

Their children had been enrolled in a school in the area, so location was paramount.

The property was initially introduced to our clients pre-market as it was within walking  distance of their children’s school.
