The client had approached Alexandra after she had assisted in purchasing a family home for her daughter and family earlier in the year.
The client was looking for an apartment with plenty of natural light, a beautiful outlook and plenty of room for her grandchildren while still being in her favourite suburbs of Potts Point/Elizabeth Bay.
A garden apartment was ideal but finding a property with light and high stud was more challenging.
Alexandra sourced a property on Elizabeth Bay Road that fitted the brief of the client and after back and forth negotiations with the vendor a price and settlement were agreed upon.
