With a transfer in jobs from Perth to Sydney, the clients were completely unaware on how the Sydney property market worked.
After only one week of searching on their own, they decided to engage the service of a Buyer’s Agent.

After three weeks, of sourcing, negotiating and missing out on two auctions, they finally found the property that ticked all the boxes.
Riki managed to negotiate the property well below the asking price, and throughout the process kept the clients completely up to date throughout.
The property has now settled and Riki is in the process of organising time to attend his first AFL game with the clients he however wishes it was an All Blacks game instead.
