The client was looking to secure an investment property, with an open brief as to what area he wanted to purchase in, this client was signed on with our Inner-West office. After initially beginning his search with the team in Balmain, the client struggled to become excited about any of the properties he was presented with. As such, Simon Cohen and Leon Jacques reached out to the client to understand his brief a little more. After speaking with the client, it was apparent that this was an emotional purchase and that he was after an investment property that was close to home. 3 weeks after taking over the search, Simon and Leon found a 3-bedroom apartment in the Northern Beaches. Due to tough competition in the area we devised a strategy that allowed for a back up if we failed at Auction. Unable to secure the property prior to auction, we looked towards our back up, however, due to the vendors desire to take the property to auction we walked away and back to the 3-bedroom apartment. We managed to secure the property on our last bid at auction.
