Tom Penfold buyers agent acted on my behalf. Tom was highly experienced regarding the type of property I required to purchase ,for medical reasons, moving from a large 2 storey house. Nothing was too much trouble for him to do at short notice arranging inspections of the specific type of property I wanted to inspect, mostly off market. Tom’s relationship with each and every Agent was brilliant! His amazing efforts in regard to finding my property, in a very short period of time in somewhat difficult market was most impressive! I was hospitalised when contracts were exchanged and I recall him attending well into the evening to make the whole deal happen. His negotiating skills were second to none. However, once contracts had been exchanged his interest in my transaction slowly took a noticeable lack of interest and communication which I found most disappointing! I received a congratulations text message upon completion of the transaction and an assurance from him that he was going to see myself and my wife during the course of that week. I haven’t heard from him since being almost 4 weeks ago. This criticism does not alter the fact that I would employ Tom’s services again. Tom is absolutely excellent regarding the final result I required, which ultimately is all I required from him and nothing more. My distant contact with Simon Cohen was always cordial and most helpful and he was extremely understanding regarding my medical issues for which I am most grateful.
