Paddy Ferguson works as Junior Associate to Marcus Kosmin and is dedicated towards his career in realestate through his eagerness to the best practices within the Real Estate industry.

Prior to working at Cohen Handler, Paddy had accumulated several years experience in sales where he honed his interpersonal skills, communication and client centric acumen.

Paddy is deeply rooted in the local community, being born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Paddy has an enthusiastic and professional manner, an extensive network of contacts, and an affiliation with the The Scots College alumni which positions him well as a valuable person to engage with when buying property in the Eastern Suburbs.

Paddy is highly involved with the purchasing journey, sourcing properties for clients on and off-market, attending open inspections, conducting due-diligence, assessing market trends and ensuring a smooth process for client’s property purchases.
