We would definitely use Marcus and his team again to purchase our next home. They made everything so easy when every time I would go see a place, if I was bringing the kids, they would make it that the access was easy so that I could either park in the driveway. They thought of so many details in advance to tell us so that when we would view a property, our experience was a lot easier. Marcus contacted us the night before this house was to go to auction. And once we came, we loved it. Knew that we would be able to make this a real home for our family.

So coming back here was like a full circle moment for him. We purchased this property with a non compliant pool fence. We knew that as soon as we settled, we wanted to have a family celebration here for our children's second birthday. And his team managed to negotiate with the vendor to give us access during that period so that we could install a brand new pool fence. And it was purely through, through Marcus's approach and relationships that we were allowed to have that sort of access to the property. And we had a wonderful celebration here with memories that we'll cherish forever.
