Leon brings over 30 years of business and Real Estate experience to the Buyer’s Agent and Property Strategist role at Cohen Handler. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a previous principal of a Double Bay agency for many years. Leon is recognised for his approachability and ethics, he also has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions over the years.

Leon is passionate about property and in showing his investor clients how to create wealth through buying the right type of investment property. He also has enormous patience with home buyers, taking time to understand their needs and requirements to ensure he buys the right home at the right price. Leon has brought property from Dee Why to Cronulla, from Bondi to Campsie and has overseen his client’s purchases in Brisbane and Melbourne. He has bought everything from 1 bedroom apartments to blocks of units, from houses to development sites and has a great knowledge of the Sydney market.
