My advice for most buyers right now who are waiting for the market to dip or rates to cut is this: the longer you wait to get in the market, the higher the chance you’ll be paying far more in the later months of the year.
Winter offers buyers more opportunities, particularly off-market as the winter months generally see subdued buyer activity. We also often see vendors looking to test the waters and hopefully sell privately, which our buyer’s agents are able to jump on for our clients. Having a buyer’s agent on your side now, while others are waiting on the sideline, it can be a massive advantage.
