Simon Cohen, Australia’s most successful real estate buyer’s agent, has launched a new seller’s advocacy business, COHEN SPACE. This business sits alongside his other ventures, which include residential property buyer’s agency Cohen Handler, commercial property buyer’s agency Costi Cohen, and executive leasing and property management firm Cohen Farquharson.


COHEN SPACE. will act on behalf of those seeking to sell a property and is not a real estate agency. The business will help vendors choose the right real estate agent, assist with property presentation, ensure they have the right targeted marketing, and keep everyone accountable to ensure everything possible is being done to achieve the best result for their home or investment property.

The service is at no extra charge to vendors as COHEN SPACE. shares in the commission paid for the sale of the property.
