Cohen Handler is undergoing rapid expansion across the country and is looking to recruit Real Estate Professionals who have a thorough understanding of Real Estate processes and practices within their respective suburbs and core areas.

Utilising our growing network and brand’s established presence, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a full spectrum of clientele ranging from first home buyers all the way to high-end buyers. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a liaison between agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions. 
  • Assist in locating and sourcing properties that meet our clients specific requirements, utilising major real estate listing sites and working with agents to source off-market, pre-sale and no-market opportunities. 
  • Identify clients’ needs and preferences to find suitable properties for purchase. 
  • Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process. 
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and property values. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Real Estate Agents and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 

Requirements and skills:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience as a Buyer’s Agent in the real estate industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighbourhoods, and property values. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. 
  • Valid real estate license is required. 
  • Resourceful and self-starting mindset, continuously seeking answers and staying up to date with market knowledge.
