Recently I bought a property sourced and negotiated ,using buyers agent Jack Littlejohn. I was very happy with the sale and Jacks ability to source and negotiate.I would use Jack again and ,recommend him to others.It goes without saying, that to give this kind of recommendation ,Jack would have to be a highly skilled buyers agent.

Jack Littlejohn was our buyers agent, and he was fantastic. We live in Melbourne and we wanted someone exceptional to find a very important investment for us. We got lucky finding Jack. Our brief was tough and we wanted very specific property in a specific area. Jack got it done. Jack was intelligent in his approach and his communication was phenomenal, especially when it came down to talking about expectations and options. Jack is a true professional. Very diligent and a deep understanding of the market we were buying in. I will be using Jack again, no doubt.

Before using a buyer’s agent, I questioned whether we really needed one. After going through this process, I genuinely don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner.

I highly recommend Jack and Oscar. Buying a property, it couldn't have been easier. I gave them my budget and criteria. They sourced around 10 properties for me and ultimately finding the right one around $100K under budget. Their communication was excellent throughout. They inspected every property, provided details with photos, videos, body corporate information and their professional opinion, so I always felt confident making decisions. From the due diligence and inspections to liaising with my broker, solicitor the selling agent and settlement. They handled everything I genuinely didn't have to lift a finger. The whole process was seamless, professional and stress free.
