With a career built in Brisbane’s prestige property market, Deb Maguire brings extensive real estate experience, exceptional client service and a valuable perspective from both sides of the property transaction to Cohen Handler.

Prior to joining the team, Deb worked as a Prestige Sales Agent, where she developed a strong understanding of the premium property market and the importance of building trusted, long-term relationships. Having worked closely with both sellers and buyers throughout her career, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the motivations and nuances on either side of a negotiation.

Moving into buyer’s advocacy was an opportunity to embrace change, continue learning and use that experience in a new way,  representing buyers through one of life’s most significant decisions.

Client service sits at the heart of Deb’s approach. Many of her past clients have gone on to become friends, a reflection of the genuine relationships she builds and the care she brings to every property journey.

Outside of property, Deb prioritises time with her partner, family and friends. She enjoys staying active, travelling and making the most of time spent with the people closest to her.
