Jonathan was seeking a 2 bedroom apartment for himself as a first time buyer. He had some concerns about the rising values of Sydney property and had very little knowledge of how the market worked or the best way in which to purchase a home. Jonathan and Alexandra looked at a number of apartments together and focussed on Surry Hills and Darlinghurst as ideal locations. An apartment was sourced in the heart of Surry Hills which featured 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over split levels with 2 large balconies and a rooftop pool and canopy area. In Jonathans words, it was “perfect” and ideally located near the Central train station. The property was purchased at a very good price and other apartments in the building have since fetched significantly higher prices.
