Gary was seeking an investment property in a growth area within the eastern suburbs which required little work and that he and his wife could easily manage. Alexandra and Mathew worked closely with this client to secure an apartment in a very heated market and sourced a property in Randwick within a very good complex. There were 22 contracts out on the apartment and while the agent wished to go to auction, Cohen Handler made a one off offer of $704,000 with 4 hours in which to accept. Other contract holders could not arrange due diligence in that time frame and the property was purchased and now fetches a very good rental return.
