Property Journey:

The clients engaged Samantha so they could purchase their first investment property. Their main aim for the purchase was to assist them in retirement to build their dream home with the capital growth this property would expect to achieve. They were also after a property that value could be added to by building a granny flat for a dual income.

The clients were unsure of where to invest, as they were first time investors and sought the help of a seasoned professional to guide them in their search. Originally, our clients were looking at other areas to invest, however, after extensive research found these areas were not suitable for our client’s long term objectives, we widened our search further afield. One suburb that caught our eye was Narellan Vale, the market in the area is incredibly strong with properties selling quickly so competition was fierce.

As well as an incredibly low rental vacancy rate, the area shows great potential for growth and the location was ideal being close to shops, schools and public transport.
Our relationship with a local agent allowed us to complete some research on the property prior to it coming on the market. We attended the first open home and had secured the sale for our clients 3 days later.
