Property Journey:  

The clients were introduced to Cohen Handler by a local real estate agent that had been trying to service them for a number of months. Due to his limited reach (only presented properties within his network) he decided to refer them to a local buyer’s agent who had established relationships with all selling agents in their immediate search area.

The clients had been looking to purchase a large family home along the Balmain Peninsula; Rozelle, Balmain, Balmain East, and Birchgrove suburbs. However, they quickly found they were getting out priced due to the high demand from other buyers. After a total 6-8 month search, which included missing out on a number of properties, they agreed the market was too competitive and decided to meet with Natalija to discuss how she may be able to help.
