17A Ocean St Bondi, NSW 2026

Type of Property: Unit

Reason for Purchase: Investment Property

Address: 4/17A Ocean St, Bondi NSW 2026

Property Journey:

The clients sought after professional help after they had previously missed out on a property. They met with buyer’s agent Walter Nanni and discussed their brief, they then moved quickly and made an offer on an exceptional property that was in between agencies. Another agent had this listed and had overpriced it. We were then advised of an off-market which happened to be the same property. The client had previously missed out on a property so they were quick to follow their buyers agent advice in order to secure the listing this time.

They were extremely happy with the result as it exceeded their brief which was to buy an investment property for under $600K, something they didn’t think was still possible in the Eastern Suburbs, let alone Bondi. They are now having their investment property managed by the Cohen Handler Property Management team which they are thrilled about. The clients expressed that they felt well looked after throughout the whole process and the stress had been taken out of the acquisition and further management.
