Property Journey:
Angela grew up in Hurstville where her family still live.
As a successful accountant she is now living abroad in the USA with a view of coming back to Australia in the next few years.
She was referred to us as she only had a 3 week window to see properties in her holiday time and so needed us to secure the right property and quickly.
I spent a month researching and communicating via email so as to know her brief as this was not only an investment property but her mother would be living there as well.
We hopped in the car 2 or 3 times and both fell in love with one property which we managed to secure and beat 3 other buyers in the process.
The property exceeded her brief as it’s a 3 bedroom unit with an ensuite and double garage instead of a 2 bedroom unit with a single garage – all within her original budget.
