Jonathon Hannan has joined Cohen Handler Victoria as an associate on the team of Nicole Jacobs, managing director for Cohen Handler Victoria and one of Melbourne’s most respected buyer’s advocates.
Like Peter, Jonathon comes from the selling side of the industry, with six years of real estate experience under his belt before making the switch to buyer’s advocacy. It was a move driven by passion: Jonathon wanted to work exclusively for the buyer, bringing his deep understanding of market mechanics and what exceptional property looks like to the people who matter most in a transaction.
Raised on a farm in rural New South Wales, Jonathon brings a refreshingly straightforward and honest approach to his work. He sees every property purchase as a significant life milestone — not just a transaction — and that perspective, combined with his thoroughness and genuine warmth, is exactly why he’s a natural fit for Nicole’s team.
