The Cohen Handler 2025 Conference was a massive success. Held at The Establishment in Sydney, this year’s conference brought together over 100 members of the entire Cohen Handler team from all states, including CH Secure, Costi Cohen, and Cohen Farquharson. Our annual conference is a day to inspire and empower our team with the tools they need to achieve high performance and continue building Australia’s best and largest buyer’s agency.

We kicked off the day by reinforcing the CH values. We are committed to building a reputation where we are the best choice for those looking for a buyer’s agent and this vision is our North Star.
Nicole Jacobs interviewed Ross Savas and Rae Mano from luxury real estate agency, Kay & Burton, which provided an insightful session about the power of people that highlighted the importance of putting our clients first and building strong, lasting relationships. It’s all about understanding people and their needs.
We had a dialogue masterclass with Simon Cohen which was a practical session where the team gained invaluable insights into effective communication and negotiation. 1 team member from each table sat down with Simon discussing client objections and rehearsed how to deal with each unique scenario. Learning directly from Simon provided a powerful lesson on mastering conversations to achieve success.
Serial entrepreneur and high performance coach, Siimon Reynolds discussed the importance of building a strong personal brand as a crucial component of success. We were reminded that successful agents don’t just focus on the ‘nows’, they nurture the ‘soons’ and ‘laters’ as well. A smart, sophisticated approach is key to building a sustainable business.
Clinical Psychologist and high performance coach, Dr. Jodie Lowinger, conducted a standout presentation about mastering the mind. We learned that technical skills are only part of the equation; mastering your mindset is what truly supercharges your business and takes you to the next level.
