Join one of the sharpest operators in the game. We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Associate to work alongside a high-performing Associate Director at Cohen Handler.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building relationships with local agents and uncovering off-market opportunities.
• Researching and shortlisting properties aligned to client briefs.
• Assisting with due diligence (RP Data, research platforms, etc.).
• Coordinating and attending property inspections.
• Assisting in preparing client engagement proposals and agreements.
• Assisting with marketing, proposals, and client onboarding.
• Assisting with client communication throughout the buying process.
• Supporting negotiations, contracts, and settlement processes.
• Keeping CRM and databases up to date.
• Prospecting and helping generate new buyer opportunities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must hold a QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience within real estate is ideal but not essential.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator—both written and verbal.
• Proactive and switched-on, with the ability to easily build rapport.
• Comfortable moving fast and managing multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in property and building a long-term career.
